  As a management company in general Aramark is despised the whole world round, and that reputation speaks for itself. They do not ever, comply with national standards at franchises they operate, and typically do not accept gift cards for those franchises either. All of these would only be moderately frustrating if they weren't also the operator of the cafeteria at Southeastern, which is what this location represents. The food is almost always not ready when they say it will be. "Light Lunch" means you better want a salad, and have a good 30 minutes after when the regular meal is going to be served in order to get what you came for.
  
  This is piled on top of the students paying (over the course of several years) for a new student union, with an updated, state of the art facility for Aramark to use as the new cafeteria.
  
  Not only is it smaller, but it is also, on average, lower in quality than an other option available. They claim the food is healthy, but you can see them make their pizza's from dough straight off the Sysco truck, and sauce straight from the can with pretty awful chemicals used to create it and preserve it. That combined with how few other actual options there are makes Aramark one of my least favorite companies on Earth.
